Our fees are cost effective, and we do not upcharge for transaction fees, technology fees and the like.  After all, buying property and moving can be expensive and we don’t want charge for unnecessary fees and services.

Meet Sandra

Sandra Burr is the owner and managing attorney of The Burr Law Firm in Lexington, SC. She has been practicing law for nearly four decades and has handled thousands of closings in that time, along with garnering vast experience in Estate Planning and Probate matters. Sandra graduated from The University of South Carolina School of Law in 1983 and has been actively practicing since then. She has worked in both large and smaller law firms, served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and also participated in the development of local subdivisions. She has served in different capacities in numerous Civic Organizations, including as President of the League of Woman Voters of the Columbia Area and on the Board of Directors for SC Advocates for Women on Boards and Commissions, Palmetto Legal Services, Inc., and South Carolina Health Decisions. She has acted as a contributing columnist for The SC Bar Tab newsletter and as a contributing author for South Carolina Jurisprudence publication authoring the article “Bankruptcy Discharge and The United States Trustee”.
